Patreon Account Suspended Without Clear Reason After Purchase

Today, I subscribed to a channel on Patreon by paying approximately $16. Immediately after my subscription, my account was disabled. When I tried to log in, I received a message stating, “Your account has been disabled.” Shortly after, I received an email about a policy violation; however, no clear explanation was provided regarding which rule I violated or what exactly the issue was.
My account was newly created, and on the same day I made a payment and subscribed. Having my account suddenly disabled right after payment, and being unable to access the service I paid for, has caused me significant inconvenience.
I request that Patreon refund the approximately $16 I paid, as I was unable to use the service due to the immediate account suspension.
