Withdrawal Blocked But Account Is Active
I have been using my fully verified Parimatch account from India for around 3–4 years and recently faced a serious problem with withdrawals. For the past 4 days, my withdrawal by bank transfer has been blocked. After winning, when I try to withdraw, I receive a message saying that unfortunately I cannot withdraw and that I should contact customer care. I contacted Parimatch customer care as requested. They asked me to send documents, including ID proof, a selfie, and bank statements. I provided all of these documents, and my account is fully verified, but my withdrawal is still blocked and I am not able to withdraw my winnings. I request that Parimatch immediately unblock my bank transfer withdrawal option so that I can withdraw my funds without further delay, or clearly explain the exact reason for this restriction and resolve it as soon as possible.
