Please Refund Fast - I Am Normal Worker, I Have No Money

I made a UPI merchant payment of 4,000 Rs through Paytm on 27th of this month using my HDFC bank account to the merchant Parimatch. Although the transaction was shown as successful in the Paytm application and the amount was debited from my HDFC account, the payment failed on Parimatch’s side and the amount has not been refunded to me till now. I request that this failed UPI merchant transaction to Parimatch be checked urgently and that my 4,000 Rs be refunded to my HDFC bank account as soon as possible. I also ask to be informed in writing once the refund is processed.
