Parimatch Withholding Winnings Claiming Match Fixed

I placed a sports bet on Parimatch’s local Bangladesh site on 11 November 2024 from my account with ID 869859***. The bet was settled as a win according to the result of the match, but Parimatch refused to pay my winnings and claimed that the match was fixed. They then froze the bet for 1000 days and are not allowing either payment of the winnings or cash out during this period. I consider this a fair bet placed in good faith as a normal customer, and I have no control over any external circumstances related to the match. Despite this, Parimatch support told me only to wait 1000 days, which I find completely unreasonable and unacceptable. I request that my full rightful winnings from this bet be paid to me without any further delay and that any unfair restrictions placed on this bet be removed. I also ask for a clear explanation in writing of the specific rule or evidence on which Parimatch is basing this decision.
