Parimatch Withdrawal 1000 Rs Not Received After 30 Days
On 7 January I requested a withdrawal of 1000 Rs from my Parimatch account via bank transfer to my bank account ending with 1569. The amount of 1000 Rs was deducted, but even after about 30 days I have still not received my money back in my account. During this period I have contacted Parimatch support more than 100 times. However, I have only received generic, automated replies saying that my money is safe and that their experts are working on the issue, without providing any concrete explanation, transaction ID, timeline, or solution. I find it unacceptable that after such a long time they are still unable to resolve such a simple withdrawal problem. I request that my 1000 Rs be immediately refunded to my Parimatch gaming account without any further delay and that I receive a clear explanation of why this issue has remained unresolved for so long.
