Parimatch Withdrawal Not Working - Bank Transfer Option Disabled

My player ID is 109439*** on the Parimatch site, and for the last 24 hours I have been unable to use the bank transfer option in the withdrawal methods. The payment methods I normally use appear to be temporarily unavailable, and as a result, I cannot withdraw my funds. I request that my withdrawal options, especially bank transfer, be checked and restored as soon as possible so that I can withdraw my balance without any further delay.
