Parimatch UPI Deposit Not Credited Or Refunded

I deposited 400 to my Parimatch betting account via UPI on April 1, but after three days the amount has neither been credited to my Parimatch account nor refunded back to my UPI. The money has been debited from my bank, and the UPI transaction reference is T2604011949536672544124. I raised a ticket through the Parimatch help center about this missing deposit. However, I received no response, and the ticket status is now shown as “resolved” even though I have not received the 400 back and it has not been added to my betting account. I request that Parimatch urgently process a full refund of the 400 to my UPI account linked to this transaction and provide clear confirmation once the refund is completed.
