Parimatch SBI Deposit 2000 INR Not Credited

I deposited an amount of 2000 INR from my SBI Bank account to my Parimatch gaming wallet, but the money has not been credited to my Parimatch account or returned to my SBI account. The transaction was made on 30/01/2026, and the UTR number of the transaction is 894248475087. After this transaction, I did not receive the deposit in my Parimatch wallet, and there has also been no reversal to my SBI Bank account. I have not yet been able to connect with SBI customer care about this issue. I request that this transaction be urgently checked and that my amount of 2000 INR be either credited to my Parimatch wallet or refunded back to my SBI Bank account as soon as possible.
