Parimatch Refund Delayed After PhonePe Payment Issue
I made a deposit of 2,000 INR from my ICICI Bank account to my Parimatch account on 14 February using the PhonePe payment method on the Perimatch platform. The amount was deducted from my ICICI Bank account, but it was neither credited to my Perimatch account nor refunded to my bank. The UTR number of this transaction is 109194336656. After noticing that the money was missing, I raised a ticket with Perimatch support. They informed me that the amount would be refunded and later marked the ticket as “resolved”, but the money has still not been returned to my ICICI Bank account and has not been credited to my Perimatch account. Despite the “resolved” status, my problem remains unsolved, and this has caused both financial and mental stress. I request that this issue be urgently checked and that my 2,000 INR be either refunded to my ICICI Bank account without any further delay or correctly deposited to my Perimatch account, along with clear written confirmation once the action is completed.
