Parimatch KYC Review Stuck for More Than Two Weeks and Support Is Unhelpful

I have a Parimatch account registered with the mobile number 98113450** and the email address monukardam***@gmail.com. For more than 15 days, my account verification has not been completed and I am still unable to get my account verified. For verification, I have already sent my Aadhaar card and also submitted a live photo as requested. Despite this, the verification is still pending, and there is no progress.  I have already submitted all the required documents, but my account verification has not been completed yet. After submitting all the documents, I do not understand what is causing the delay. I have contacted Parimatch support by email several times, but the replies are not clear, and I am not getting any proper response or solution. At least please respond to my emails and let me know the current status of my verification request. So far, I have not received any proper reply or resolution. I request you to urgently recheck the documents I have submitted, complete my KYC verification and activate my Parimatch account, or clearly tell me if there is any problem with my documents or if I need to submit them again. A clear explanation would be very helpful so that this issue can be resolved without any further delay. Thank you.
