Parimatch Did Not Credit My ₹700 FamPay UPI Deposit

I have a sports betting account with Parimatch, and today I made a deposit of 700 via FamPay UPI at around 5:50 pm. The amount was successfully debited from my FamPay account under UTR 613763580184, but it has not been reflected in my Parimatch balance. I submitted a complaint to Parimatch support at around 6:10 pm, attaching the UTR 613763580184 and the payment receipt from FamPay, but I have not received any response so far. I have used the same FamPay UPI method to deposit to Parimatch several times before without any problems, so this situation is unusual for me. I request that my 700 deposit either be credited to my Parimatch account as soon as possible or the amount be refunded to my FamPay account, and that I receive a clear explanation of why this deposit did not appear in my account despite being successful on the UPI side.
