Parimatch Deposit Not Credited After 2000 INR PhonePe Payment

I made a deposit of 2000 INR to my Parimatch sports betting account on 10/02/2026 via SBI using PhonePe. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. The UTR number of this transaction is 091256094687. After noticing that the money did not arrive in my Parimatch account, I created a ticket through the Parimatch support system, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is causing me serious concern, as my funds are stuck without any information or updates. I request that the 2000 INR from this transaction be refunded to my SBI bank account as soon as possible, and I would also like a clear explanation of why the deposit failed and why there has been no response to my support ticket.
