Parimatch Deposit Not Credited

On 22 August 2026 I deposited 780 rupees into my PariMatch account, but the amount has still not been added to my ID balance. I made the payment via PhonePe, and the transaction shows as “Transaction Successful” for a payment of ₹780 made by me (Jadhav S***) to Rahul Y*** on 22 August 2026, with a transaction ID and UTR number clearly visible in the confirmation screen. Despite this, my PariMatch account balance has not increased and the deposit has not been credited. I request that this missing deposit of ₹780 be added to my PariMatch account balance as soon as possible or that the full amount be refunded back to my original payment method.
