Parimatch Account Hacked and I Lost Access

I use the Parimatch website from India and today my account appears to have been compromised after I shared my player ID and PM code with someone. I had a withdrawal of ₹1,035 in processing and I also have approximately ₹5,000 shown as temporarily locked in my account. After sharing my details, I lost access and now I cannot log in to my Parimatch account at all. I have tried to reach Parimatch through live chat, but the live chat is not working, so I have not been able to report this directly through support. I still know my player ID and the email or phone number registered to the account, but I am unable to access it. I request that my account be urgently reviewed and secured, that my access be restored, and that my pending withdrawal and the temporarily locked balance be protected and returned to me if possible. I would like all suspicious access to my account to be blocked and the login credentials reset so that I can safely use my account again.
