My Parimatch Account Was Blocked After I Won Bets and My $667 Balance Was Locked

I had an active account with Parimatch on which I recently earned money from my bets, and shortly after that my account was blocked without any notification or explanation. When my account was blocked, I had a balance of 31,000 in it, and I was not informed in any way about the reason for this action. I did not receive any email or message explaining why my account was blocked, and I cannot access my funds or use my account. This situation is very upsetting because I earned this money through my bets and Parimatch has restricted my access without my permission or a clear reason. I request that my Parimatch account be urgently unblocked or that I be given a clear written explanation for the blocking, and that my full balance of 31,000 be returned to me as soon as possible.
