Account Blocked After Withdrawal Request of Winnings

I had my Pari-match account suddenly blocked three days ago, right after I requested a withdrawal of my winnings. My total balance in Pari-match was 17,000 INR, and I requested a withdrawal of 10,523 INR. The withdrawal was declined and immediately after that my account was blocked without any clear explanation. Since then I have been unable to access my account or my balance, and I have not received any meaningful information from Pari-match about the reason for this action. I have contacted Pari-match customer support many times by email, but I have not received any response. I request that my Pari-match account be unblocked as soon as possible so that I can access my profile and withdraw my winning amount without further delay. I also expect a clear explanation for why my withdrawal was declined and why my account was blocked after that.
