Parimatch Blocked My Account Right After I Tried to Withdraw My Money

I had a working Parimatch account which was suddenly blocked today while I was trying to withdraw 1000 from my balance. The withdrawal did not go through; instead, the amount was returned to my wallet, and immediately afterward my account was blocked. The only message I received from Parimatch was a short notification saying that my account had been blocked, without any explanation of the reason. I contacted Parimatch customer support for clarification and help, but I have not received any response so far. I request that my Parimatch account be urgently unblocked and that I be allowed to withdraw the total amount of 3000 from my balance. I also expect a clear explanation of why my account was blocked in the first place and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
