My Account Blocked And Withdrawal Stuck

I have an account with Parimatch with the game ID 546939***. On 20 May, just 10 minutes after I deposited 1,000 INR, played some games, and won 1,525 INR, my ID was suddenly blocked. After this, I made another deposit, and then the issue started and has been continuing for 2 days now. Parimatch has blocked my ID even though I have not done any wrong or illegal betting and have not engaged in any suspicious or prohibited activities. When I try to get help, I cannot reach real support. Their customer support only offers an automated AI chat with preset answers, and it is impossible to speak to a real agent. I have already emailed all the documents they requested, including my Aadhaar, bank statement, a photo of me holding my Aadhaar, and a handwritten note, but now I cannot even send them emails anymore. Because of this situation, my 1,525 INR is stuck in my Parimatch account, and I have no access to my funds or a clear explanation of why my account was blocked. I want Parimatch to immediately unblock my ID, allow the full withdrawal of my 1,525 INR, and provide a clear and transparent explanation for the reason behind blocking my account.
