I Cannot Get My Parimatch Withdrawal Credited To ICICI Bank

I have a serious problem with my Parimatch account regarding a withdrawal that was deducted from my balance but never paid to my bank. On 1 June, I requested a withdrawal of 15,000 from my Parimatch account via bank transfer to my ICICI Bank account in India. The amount of 15,000 was deducted from my Parimatch balance, but it has not been credited to my ICICI Bank account. My Parimatch account is linked to the mobile number 74183318**. Despite the deduction showing on Parimatch, there is still no trace of the money in my bank, and I have not received any proper response or solution from Parimatch support. This situation is causing me financial stress because a large amount has gone missing between Parimatch and the bank. I request that Parimatch urgently investigate this failed withdrawal, either complete the payment to my ICICI Bank account or immediately return the 15,000 to my Parimatch balance, and provide a clear explanation of what went wrong.
