Account Blocked - Parimatch India - Customer ID : 379179474

I have a verified Parimatch India account registered under the name Bela Gupta with mobile number +91-87005662** and customer ID 379179474. My KYC was completed and approved through Aadhaar, and I started playing and depositing in the live casino recently. While I was losing money, my account functioned normally and Parimatch allowed all deposits and gameplay without any interruption. However, today, after I finally won a big amount of approximately 8.5 lacs in the live casino, my account was suddenly blocked without any prior notice or clear explanation. Because of this, I cannot access my balance or request a withdrawal, and all my savings are currently stuck in my Parimatch account. I tried to reach support immediately, but I am not able to connect to a real agent on live chat and only receive automated replies, which are of no help and do not explain why my account has been blocked or how I can withdraw my funds. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, unblocked, and that I be allowed to withdraw the full amount of my winnings and balance without further delay. I also ask that Parimatch provide a clear explanation in writing for this sudden blockage and share a valid support email or direct contact so that I can follow up about my case.
