Paragon Invest I Offered A Loan But Paragon Invest Did Not Accept It

I'm constantly being called by Paragon Investment and it's really starting to bother me. They are friendly and polite, but I don't have money to invest right now. I am unemployed and having financial difficulties. I asked them to give me a $1000 loan because they called so often. I offered that half the profits could go to them and the other half could go to me. But they refused. What more can I do? What are they waiting for?
