Papara IBAN Transfer Error: Money Blocked - Cannot Withdraw

I am using Papara for an IBAN transfer and I have been unable to withdraw my money since yesterday. When I try to use or withdraw the balance, the system shows an error message and does not allow the transaction to proceed. The IBAN transfer was made from a bank account in Antakya, Hatay, Turkey. After encountering this problem, I contacted Papara customer service. They asked me to take photos of my ID and send them by e‑mail, and I completed everything they requested, but my money is still blocked and I cannot withdraw it. I request that my money be released immediately and that I be allowed to withdraw it without further delay, as I have fully complied with all the instructions from customer service.
