Pandora Necklace Turned Black After One Night

On September 14, 2026, my girlfriend purchased a “Silver Rectangular Engravable Tag Pendant” as a gift for me from the Pandora store at Forum Çamlık Mall in Denizli. She also paid an additional fee to have “433” engraved on it. The receipt was issued under the name A. S. Çabuk.

She gave me the necklace on the 25th, and after only one night of normal use, I woke up the next day and noticed that the pendant had become severely tarnished and had turned almost completely black. I absolutely do not consider it acceptable for a Pandora product to become this discolored after such a short period of time.

I still have the box and receipt. I contacted Pandora customer service and requested a replacement. I was told that my request was being reviewed, but I have not yet received any information about the outcome. I request that the product be replaced at the Pandora store in Tekira Mall in Tekirdağ under my name, Erdi D*****, and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
