Pandora Moments Necklace Tarnished in a Very Short Time

I am writing regarding a quality issue with my Pandora Moments Necklace, which I purchased from the Pandora Forum Çamlık store.

My necklace became heavily tarnished after only a short period of use. To care for it properly, I used the official Pandora cleaning solution exactly as recommended. I cleaned the necklace several times and even left it soaking in the solution for an entire day. Despite these efforts, the tarnishing did not improve at all. I also polished it with the cleaning cloth, but the discoloration remained unchanged.

I do not believe this level of tarnishing is acceptable for a Pandora product, particularly when it cannot be restored even with the brand's own officially recommended cleaning products.

I visited the store to seek assistance, but my request was declined and I was not offered a satisfactory solution. The fact that the necklace tarnished so quickly and cannot be properly cleaned raises serious concerns about the product's quality.

I respectfully request that Pandora professionally clean my Moments Necklace at the store. If the necklace cannot be restored to its original condition through professional cleaning, I kindly request that it be replaced with a new one under an appropriate customer satisfaction solution.
