Pandora Gold-Plated Bracelet Lost Its Color in a Short Time

I am writing regarding a quality issue with a Pandora gold-plated bracelet that I purchased from the Pandora online store on August 10, 2025.
When I first received the bracelet, its finish was bright, shiny, and exactly as advertised. However, after only a short period of normal use, the gold plating began to wear off. Today, the bracelet has lost almost all of its original color and appearance. As shown in the accompanying photos, the finish has deteriorated significantly, leaving the bracelet looking heavily worn and far below the quality I expected from a premium brand like Pandora.
I have not contacted Pandora directly about this matter because I noticed that many other customers have reported experiencing the same issue with similar products. I wanted to share my own experience to support those customers and to help prevent others from facing the same disappointment.
The fact that the plating has faded so quickly is inconsistent with the quality and reputation that Pandora represents. A product sold at this price level should maintain its appearance for a reasonable period under normal use.
I respectfully request that Pandora review the quality of the plating used on these products, provide clearer and more transparent information about the expected durability and lifespan of gold-plated jewelry, and treat customers experiencing similar issues with greater understanding and support.
Regarding my own bracelet, I kindly request that Pandora acknowledge the product as defective due to its premature deterioration and offer an appropriate customer satisfaction solution, such as a replacement, repair, or another fair resolution.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
