If Paack left your parcel at the wrong address,

• Check nearby immediately;

– Look:
– Neighboring apartments/buildings
– Reception, security, or nearby shops

• Important:
– Couriers often misdeliver to close addresses

Verify delivery proof;

• Check:
– Tracking page → delivery photo
– Address or notes left by driver

• Ask for:
– Exact GPS location of delivery

Contact Paack urgently;

• Use:
– Tracking page → Support / Contact

• Write:
– “Parcel was delivered to the wrong address. Provide proof and recover it immediately.”

Contact the seller;

• Inform:
– “Courier misdelivered my package”

• Request:
– Replacement or refund
