If your Owala bottle lid leaks in your bag, first check the silicone gaskets inside the lid, because most leaks happen when the rubber seal is loose, dirty, or not seated properly.

The gasket ring and small vent seal must sit flat in their grooves; if they are misaligned or missing, water can escape even when the lid looks closed.

You should also remove the lid parts and clean the seals, straw, and threads with warm soapy water, since debris or residue can stop the lid from sealing correctly.

After cleaning, reassemble the lid carefully and make sure it is screwed on straight and fully tightened before putting the bottle in your bag.

Another thing to check is how full the bottle is and what you put inside it. Overfilling the bottle or adding carbonated drinks can build pressure in the lid and cause leaks, especially when the bottle moves in a bag.

If the gasket looks worn, cracked, or stretched, the best solution is to replace the seal or contact Owala support for replacement parts.

If support does not reply, you might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
