Oppo Reno4 Pro Service Demands Fee Just to Return Phone

I sent my Oppo Reno4 Pro phone by cargo to the Oppo authorized service on 26.03.2026 because only the intermediate film flex cable was broken. Before sending the device, I called the service and informed them that the problem was only with the intermediate film flex cable. About a week later, when I called the service, I was told that my phone’s battery was not original and that I had to pay ₺5,500 for both the battery and intermediate film flex replacement. Since this amount exceeded my budget, I did not accept the repair and stated that I only wanted my device to be returned. After that, I was told that I had to pay ₺870 under the name of fault detection fee. However, the fault in my device was already clear and I had sent it only for the intermediate film flex cable, yet now I can neither have it repaired nor get my phone back. My phone has been waiting at the service for about three weeks and I cannot use my device during this period. I do not accept the high repair fee demanded from me and then the fault detection fee, and I find the way I was treated during the phone calls, where the price was constantly repeated to me and the phone was hung up in my face, unacceptable. I request that my device be returned to me free of charge without reflecting any fault detection fee and that the grievance I have experienced in this process be remedied.
