Oppo Reno 15 Pro 5G Accessories Are Unavailable

In March 2026, I purchased an Oppo Reno 15 Pro 5G from the MediaMarkt store at Meydan Shopping Mall in Isparta. Shortly after buying the phone, I realized that I could not find a compatible protective case or camera lens protector for this model anywhere, which has left me regretting my purchase.

I searched at local phone accessory stores in Isparta, checked retailers in other cities, browsed numerous websites, and looked through multiple online marketplaces, but I have been unable to find a compatible case or camera lens protector for the Oppo Reno 15 Pro 5G. Because I do not want to use the phone without proper protection, I have been unable to use the device at all.

I wish I could simply return the phone, but at the very least, I request that Oppo make compatible cases and camera lens protectors available for this model or provide another reasonable solution to resolve this issue. Customers should not be left unable to use a newly purchased phone because essential accessories are unavailable.
