Oppo A3 2024 Screen Broke Despite Drop Proof Claims And Warranty

On November 9, 2025, the screen of my Oppo A3 2024 model phone, which I bought about 7–8 months ago, broke after a fall. During the purchase, both the advertisements and sales representatives claimed that the device was resistant to drops and water, even showing test videos where it was used to crack walnuts. I chose this phone trusting its durability, but today’s screen breakage really disappointed me. The device is still under warranty, and this is the first issue I’ve experienced. I tried to contact Oppo customer service but couldn’t reach them. Other than the screen, the phone has no damage or problems. I feel misled because I purchased this product based on promises of an unbreakable screen, yet it broke so easily. I request a replacement for my device; otherwise, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee for misleading advertising and sales claims.
