Unauthorized Charge by Opodo for Unpurchased Ticket

Hello, good day. Last Friday, Opodo charged my account for a ticket that I did not purchase or authorize. I haven’t bought any ticket through Opodo, and this charge is completely unauthorized.

I am requesting a full refund immediately and an explanation as to why this amount was deducted from my account. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will take the necessary steps to report it to the appropriate authorities.
