Unauthorized Opodo Charges (€89) for ‘Barcelona Cancellation’ — What to Do

In July 2024, I purchased a flight ticket through Opodo. Since then, a total of four separate charges of €89 each have been withdrawn from my account, all listed with the description “Barcelona cancellation.” The most recent charge was made today from my Argenta account in Belgium.

I have not requested any cancellations or refunds, and I have receipts for all the unauthorized deductions. I also have an active Opodo account, but I do not understand why these recurring charges have been made without my consent.

I request that all unjustified payments be refunded immediately and that Opodo compensate me for the inconvenience. I also wish to be contacted directly regarding this matter.
