How to Update Email and Get Flight Details from Opodo
On September 6, 2025, I purchased a one-way flight ticket from Brussels to Istanbul with A Jet Airlines through the Opodo website. However, I entered my email address incorrectly during the booking process, so I never received my ticket details or confirmation.
I do not have the ticket number, and my name is V** T*****.** The payment of €54 was made using my bank card.
Because of this issue, I request that my ticket information be resent to my correct email address, which I am ready to provide.
I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible, as I cannot access my booking information due to the incorrect email entry.
