Prime Opinion Stops Awarding Points Before Redemption – Unfair System

I signed up for Prime Opinion and have been completing surveys to accumulate points that can be redeemed for cash rewards. Everything seemed fine at first, but once I got close to the required threshold for withdrawal, I suddenly stopped receiving points for completed surveys.

I continued taking surveys multiple times, yet no additional points were credited to my account. This happened repeatedly, making it clear that they use members for data collection without actually paying out rewards.

This feels dishonest and misleading. If Prime Opinion does not plan to honor its payment system, they should not deceive users into thinking they will get compensated. I demand that my earned points be credited immediately so I can redeem my reward.
