OnePlus Buds 3 Pro Right Earbud ANC Failure and Touch Controls Not Working

Since the first day I bought my OnePlus 13 phone and OnePlus Buds 3 Pro earbuds, I’ve had an issue in PUBG Mobile: whenever I turn on the microphone, the sound automatically switches from the earbuds to the phone’s speaker. This problem happens only in PUBG Mobile — I don’t experience it in any other app.
Both devices have up-to-date software and are under warranty. I reset both the phone and the earbuds, but the problem continued. I couldn’t reach OnePlus customer service, and the service centers said they don’t handle these devices. I also submitted feedback through the OnePlus app but received no response.
In addition, my OnePlus Buds 3 Pro earbuds frequently disconnect, the right earbud keeps exiting ANC (noise cancellation) mode, and the touch controls sometimes stop working. When I turn my head left or right, the connection cuts out or the music stops. The ANC system in the right earbud especially has a persistent issue. Even though I disabled the “pause music when removed” option, the music sometimes stops even when the earbud is still in my ear, and the pressure-sensitive control doesn’t respond. These problems were rare at first, but they have become more frequent over time.
I purchased my earbuds abroad through Moldcell, and I have access to the warranty and invoice information.
I request a software update to fix these issues or a replacement for my product.
