Omi Account Banned Suddenly: How to Appeal and Restore Access

I have been using my Omi account for years through Google Play on my Android device, and recently my account was suddenly banned. I was not informed in any way and did not receive any message or explanation about the reason for this ban. Because of this situation, I can no longer access my account and the data connected to it. I believe this ban may be a mistake or at least something that should be clearly explained to me. I kindly request that my Omi account be reviewed in detail, that I be informed of the exact reason for the ban, and, if there is no valid reason or it was done in error, that my account be reactivated.
