While using the OmeTV app on my iPhone 13 with mobile data, my account was suddenly banned even though I didn’t do anything inappropriate. It’s possible the app mistakenly interpreted a hand movement I made while eating a snack as something offensive, but I assure you that no inappropriate behavior occurred.
I’m a free user, and the only available option to lift the ban is a paid one. I couldn’t find any platform where I could appeal or contact support to dispute the ban.
I believe this suspension was applied unfairly, and I request that my account be reactivated.
