OmeTV Wrongly Banned My iPhone Account for 720 Hours Just for Screen Swipe

While using the OmeTV app on my iPhone, I was suddenly banned for 720 hours. The stated reason for the ban was “indecency,” but this is completely false. The only thing I did was use my finger to swipe the screen in order to change chats—nothing inappropriate happened at all.

I have not yet contacted customer support, but I strongly believe this ban was a mistake by the system. It is unfair to lose access for such a long time over a simple gesture that is part of normal app use.

I request that my account be reinstated immediately and that I be provided with a clear explanation for why this false ban was applied in the first place. Users should not be punished without proper review or evidence.
