OmeTV Customer Support Ignores My Permanent Ban Appeal Request
While using the OmeTV application on my iPhone, I was suddenly hit with a permanent ban message without receiving any warning beforehand. At the time, only my nephew was with me, and I was absolutely not involved in any rule violation, inappropriate behavior, or disturbing actions of any kind.
My account is registered under ID number 353227012. I believe it is completely unfair that my account was permanently banned without any clear or concrete explanation being provided. If necessary, I request that my account records and session history be reviewed and that this permanent ban be reconsidered and removed.
Because this ban has continued for a long time, I have been unable to use the application and have experienced ongoing inconvenience and frustration. I want the OmeTV team to resolve this issue and remove the unfair restriction from my account as soon as possible.
