OmeTV Banned Me for Showing Only Half My Face on Camera

While using the OmeTV app on iOS, I was suddenly and unjustly banned even though I did not use profanity, insults, or commit any serious rule violation. The only reason appears to be that only half of my face was visible on camera, which led to an immediate ban without explanation. I have been completely unable to access the app for approximately two days, and my account remains closed.

Despite contacting the app’s support section, I have received no response whatsoever. I have not been given any clear information regarding either the reason for the ban or its duration. Having my access completely blocked without any warning is both unfair and harmful to users.

I request that this ban—which I believe was unjustly applied—be lifted immediately and that my access to my account be restored. I also request clear and transparent information regarding the reason for the ban and how long it is supposed to last.
