I Face Unjust Ban on OmeTV App for Allegedly Not Showing Face on iPhone
About a month ago, while using the OmeTV app on my iPhone, my account under the username “Tamer Güler” was banned without any explanation, allegedly because my face was not clearly visible. This was the first time I have ever experienced such an issue, and I have never made any paid transactions or used any premium services on the platform.
At the time of the ban, I was abroad, and I had no opportunity to contact the OmeTV support team to appeal the decision. I did not receive any prior warning, notification, or detailed reason for the ban, which makes this penalty even more unfair. I have always complied with OmeTV’s rules and engaged respectfully on the platform.
I believe this ban was issued in error and request that my account be reinstated immediately. OmeTV should review its moderation system to ensure that innocent users are not wrongfully penalized without proper investigation or explanation. I expect a prompt resolution to restore my account and address this unjust treatment.
