I Face Wrongful 700-Hour Ban on Ome TV App Using iPhone
While using the Ome TV app on my iPhone, I suddenly received a 700-hour ban with the warning message “prohibited content.” The ban was applied simply because I showed a song playing from my tablet during a chat session. At no point did I engage in inappropriate, offensive, or rule-breaking behavior.
My account is linked to the email address e************@gmail.com**, and after receiving the ban, I attempted to reopen the app and even log in from another device. However, the ban remained in effect across all attempts. I have not made any payments in the app, and until now, I have not contacted Ome TV customer support, but I feel this situation is completely unfair and damaging to my user experience.
I strongly believe this ban was applied in error. I request that Ome TV immediately review my case and reactivate my account. Such arbitrary bans without proper justification not only inconvenience users but also harm the credibility of the platform. I expect a prompt resolution and an official explanation for this mistake.
