I would like to report an issue I’m experiencing with repeated bans on the OmeTV iOS app. First, I received a 720-hour ban for an inappropriate hand gesture, and I accept that. However, after this incident, even though I did not violate any rules and was very careful with my behavior, I was banned two more times unfairly. Most recently, my ban was lifted yesterday, and just one day later I was banned again for another 720 hours. In total, I have received three bans, each lasting 720 hours.
I am experiencing a serious inconvenience because I keep getting banned even though I have not broken any rules. I did not contact in-app support because I believe the issue is system-related. My username is r**********@gamil.com and I am connecting from Kayseri.
