Omegle TV Ban Happened Suddenly With No Cause Shown

About 1–2 hours ago, my account on the Omegle TV app was banned without any explanation. The screen only showed an unrelated photo, and there was no clear reason given for why I was banned. My username and email address are: c****************@gmail.com.

I was using the app on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. About 20 days ago, I made a one-time payment, and I do not have an active subscription. I have not contacted customer service yet.

Being banned for absolutely no reason is extremely upsetting, and this situation has caused me inconvenience. I request that my account be reactivated.
