OkCupid Code3 Verification Error Prevents Me From Logging In
For a long time, I have been unable to log into the OkCupid application or create a new membership account. For nearly two months, despite repeatedly trying on my iPhone, I constantly receive a “Code3 verification error.” The verification code never arrives on my phone, so I cannot access my existing account or create a new one.
Even though I tried using different email addresses, the result never changed. Previously, I was able to log into OkCupid without any issues using the same phone number and email address. Now, however, I am completely unable to use my account or access the platform in any way.
I also could not find any direct communication channel to properly contact OkCupid regarding this issue, so my frustration and inconvenience continue. I request that access to my account be restored through my phone number and email address, and that the verification code/Code3 error problem be fixed so I can once again log in or create a new membership successfully.
