OkCupid Is Ignoring My Support Requests About Account Security
Since approximately 9:00 PM on April 21, I have been completely unable to access my OkCupid account. I became a member for the first time yesterday, used the application for a short period, and then the next morning the app suddenly logged me out and I could not sign back in again. I tried the “forgot password” process using both my email address and phone number, but no password reset email is being sent to my email account, so I am unable to regain access to my profile.
I registered on OkCupid using the email address Ek*******@hotmail.com and the phone number 05********34. My account contains personal information and private photos, and because I currently cannot access it, I am seriously concerned about security and privacy risks. Even though I contacted support, I still have not received any response or assistance.
To prevent my personal data and photos from being exposed to any further risk, I request that the OkCupid account registered with this information be completely and permanently deleted immediately. I also request that I be informed once this deletion process has been completed.
