OkCupid App Won’t Process Credit Card Payment

For the past two days, I have been trying to purchase a Premium membership on the OkCupid app using my card, but the payment screen will not open, so I am unable to complete the transaction. I have previously used the same card for similar apps and other online purchases without any issues, so I believe the problem is not with my card but with the app or its system.

I attempted to contact OkCupid regarding this issue, but I have not received any assistance or solution. As a result, I am wasting time and cannot access the service I am trying to purchase.

I request that OkCupid resolve this technical issue as soon as possible so that I can complete my payment without problems and have my Premium membership activated.
