I paid on Obilet but my ticket details never arrived, what steps should I take?

If your Obilet ticket details didn’t arrive, don’t panic—this usually means a delay, incorrect contact info, or incomplete booking, not that your ticket is lost.
Normally, ticket details are sent via email or WhatsApp within about 10 minutes after payment.
First, check your spam/junk folder and confirm your email/phone number, then log into your Obilet account or use the “ticket inquiry” page to search with your email or PNR.
Sometimes the ticket exists in the system even if the message wasn’t delivered.
