NTTGame Keeps Applying Unfair Chat Blocks to My Knight Online Account

I am writing regarding ongoing problems affecting my Knight Online account on the NTTGame Zero server.

I have been playing on this server for a long time, and for approximately four years I have felt that my account and overall game experience have been affected by unfair restrictions. During the past one to two months, these issues have become much more frequent and have started to cause me significant stress.

Although my account has not been formally banned or permanently suspended, I repeatedly receive chat block penalties while playing. I have not been given a clear explanation of the specific messages or behavior that resulted in these restrictions.

I have also noticed that some of the items displayed in my merchant shop appear to disappear from their slots. This causes me to lose items that I worked hard to obtain and has severely reduced my enjoyment of the game.

Because these incidents have continued for such a long time, I have also become concerned about the security of my account and computer. I cannot confirm the exact cause, but the situation has made me feel that activity connected to my account may need to be reviewed in greater detail.

I have not previously contacted customer service or submitted a support request regarding these problems. However, I now respectfully request that NTTGame conduct a detailed investigation into my account activity, chat penalties, merchant records, item logs, and login security.

If any chat blocks or other restrictions were applied incorrectly, I ask that they be removed. I also request that any missing merchant items be investigated and restored if the records confirm that they disappeared because of a system or account-related problem.

I would appreciate a clear written explanation of the findings, including the reasons for the chat blocks and the outcome of the investigation into my market items.

I respectfully request that my in-game rights be protected and that these ongoing issues be resolved so I can continue playing Knight Online normally and without unfair restrictions.
