My NTTGame security key is malfunctioning, preventing me from using certain features. How can I reset this?

Here are the steps you need to take to reset your NTTGame security key:

• Use your username and password to get into the NTTGame website at http://www.nttgame.com/.
• Under the My Account tab, click on the Overview button.
• Click on the Game Services button on the left side of the screen.
• Find the words Forgot your security key? Click here to start over, and then click on the link that says "here” in bold.
• You'll be asked to enter your password and username again. After you enter it, an email with a confirmation link will be sent to you.
• To finish the Security Key Reset process, click on the link in your email that says "Confirm."
• Check out the "Knowledge Base” section and read about "Changing Security Key” to set a new one.
